• Representation of a large Japanese company in courts in a case on trademark protection against parallel importers
• Legal representation of a large German company in an administrative offence case against counterfeit import; as a result counterfeit products were destroyed and the infringer was fined
• Representation of a large American company in court against trademark infringement in the Internet (domain name); as a result the domain name was passed to the client and the infringer was fined
• Represented a large Japanese company in appeal and first instance courts in a case of unlawful and unfair use of the client`s trademark and brand name in the domain name; the domain name was “recaptured” and a large financial compensation was claimed.
• Represented a large American company in a case of early cessation of trademark protection due to non-use; amicable agreement and registration of the client’s trademark
• Represented a large Russian bank in the court of first instance in a case of early cessation of trademark protection due to non-use in order to register the trademark on the name of the client.
• Representation of a large European producer of plastic containers in a court of first instance in a case of patent rights protection against counterfeit production and distribution and withdrawal of such products from the market.
• Rrepresented a large European company in appeal and first instance courts in a case on industrial design protection against counterfeit production and distribution and withdrawal of such products from the market.
• Rrepresented a well-known British company in appeal and first instance courts in a number of cases on trademark protection against illegal use by the client outside or after termination of a franchise agreement; the responsibility and the amount of penalty for illegal actions were reduced.
• Represented a large American fast food company in a court of first instance in a case over recognition of illegal actions of the Russian PTO.
• Rrepresented a large US entertainment company in a court of first instance in a case over rights protection on software against pirated content in internet; pirated internet resource was blocked within the new Russian “anti-piracy” law.
• Representation of client's interests in the series of disputes on debt collection over 500,000,000 rubles under patent license agreements.
